1. Accept the feeling
Acceptance may be the first thing to acknowledge, if you like or love some guy and he doesn’t feel the same way , you can’t force him to love you no matter how hard you try to. Admit to yourself you feel bad about getting turn down. There is nothing bad in liking someone and and to be rejected by the same person. Rejection is something almost very one has experienced at some point in life.

Try to listen to good music that help you clear your mind and make you feel better, also engage yourself in exercise.
